18k and Platinum Insect Ring

This decidedly unique insect ring began life as a pair of heirloom tanzanite earrings. After discussing options with the client, we learned that she was a student of entomology, and designed this one-of-a-kind ring piece from 18k yellow gold, with hand-pavéd platinum wings.
